The selection and staffing is based on the early detection of the needs of the company in the medium and long term, to ensure the achievement of its strategic objectives, the professional development of workers, incorporating the most appropriate professionals considering only merit and ability.


INSUBPRO gives relevant to the continuing education of their employees and their development importance. So in 2014 our staff is conducting a total of 11 courses with a total of 977 hours of training, the most relevant courses: Preventing occupational hazards and retraining.

In INSUBPRO promote cooperation with educational centers such as San Nicolás and work experience for students who are completing their final years of study through collaboration agreements with various organizations, associations and universities such as Polytechnic University of Cartagena or Vocational Training High schools.


Internal communication is an essential tool to involve the entire team in a common project. With this perspective, the organization seeks to act with clarity and transparency and has made various media and actions to communicate the important and timely information of interest to all workers. The internal communication channels are among others internal newsletter prepared by media professionals and corporate intranet.

External communication is also an aspect on which we have put special attention, establishing direct channels with our customers so they can understand and optimally manage the projects in which we are immersed.


The protection of workers is for INSUBPRO management, such priority as quality, environmental conservation or the competitiveness and profitability of the company. This concern is collected and documented explicitly in Prevention Policy, establishing in 2014 for develop a system of occupational risk prevention that will be implemented in the company and whose existence will mean obtaining the certificate OHSAS 18001 .

This commitment has managed to establish a safety culture that is present in all activities that INSUBPRO develops.
